Rabo de Galo

Rabo de galo in Portuguese is literally "rooster's tail" or "cocktail". This cocktail is actually a variation of martini, only instead of gin it uses cachaça and instead of white vermouth - red sweet vermouth is used.

120 ml (4 oz.) cachaça

60 ml (2 oz.) red sweet vermouth

plenty of ice

Difficulty level: Easy

Servings: 2

Special equipment: Shaker

Ingredients

Preparation

Pour the liquids over the ice in a shaker.

Give it a light shake.

Pour the mixture into martini glasses (leaving the ice out).

Garnish with a cherry.
