Trekkers' feast

So, the last day of your Himalayan trek is over. You check in a guesthouse for the last time, take the last "bucket" shower. Now you are ready for the last supper. You go out to the village to find a nice place to eat. Last glance at the snowy peaks, washing in the sunset. Tomorrow they will be a memory in your heart. Until the next time.

The following menu is a typical suggestion of dishes one can find in guesthouses and restaurants along the treks in Nepali Himalaya mountains.
