Greek Salad
This is one of the trademarks of Greek cooking. Simple, delicious, healthy. There are no secrets about it, just use high quality ingredients and serve.

Ingredients
2-3 ripe tomatoes
2 cucumbers
1 green bell pepper
½ red onion
dozen black Kalamata olives
oregano
black pepper
olive oil
200g (7 oz) Feta cheese

Cut the tomatoes into large chunks.
Slice the cucumbers into thick slices (no need to peel them).
Slice the green bell pepper (if it is red or yellow it is OK too) into thin slices.
Slice the onion into thin slices as well.
Put everything in a salad bowl, throw in the olives, sprinkle with oregano, black pepper and olive oil and mix well.
Arrange a few thick slices of Feta cheese on top, sprinkle them with some oregano and olive oil and serve.
