Greek Dinner (easy)

This dinner menu is relatively easy to prepare. Still it brings some typical flavors of Greece, so it can be nice to use it to impress your friends or family. The chicken and the rissoles can be prepared in advance (even a day before) to save preparation time before the guests arrive. In case you want to prepare everything in one day, I suggest you start the preparation with the Tzevremedakia syrup (see the recipe), then prepare the chicken, since it needs the most cooking time. When the chicken is cooking, you can shift to rissoles, starting with their sauce first (see the recipe). When the rissoles are cooking, there is time to prepare the pie and after you put it in the oven, switch to rice and afterwards the salad. Finally fill the Tzevremedakia. You can put them in the oven just before the dinner starts, so they will be ready by the time you get to the dessert. Bon appetite or kalí órexi as they say in Greece.
