Greek Breakfast/Brunch
This breakfast menu is built on a set of Greek traditional dishes. Although the total preparation time is about two and a half hours, most of the breakfast can be prepared in advance, leaving only the salad, the omelette and the coffee (half an hour preparation time at most) for the last minute. Tzatziki and taramosalata can be kept in the refrigerator for 2-3 days, the cake even more, although it can be a good idea to warm it up in the oven for a few minutes before serving. Kalimera!
