Street food party

Just like in other big cities around the world, you can find many opportunities to taste some street food on the streets of Katmandu and Pokhara.

Following is a menu of some of the most common Georgian dishes you can find on the streets and market places of Tbilisi and other cities.

Please take into account that some of the dishes need some preliminary preparations: filling for lobiani requires soaking beans for at least 8 hours, mtzvadi has to be marinated overnight, churchkhela should be prepared few days in advance. On the meal day start your preparations  with khachapuri doughs, then their fillings. Continue with lobiani filling and dough, estragon pie dough and chebureki dough, then fill and prepare all the pastries in the same order, and finally grill the mtzvadi.
