Brazilian Street Food Party

When it comes to street foot, Brazil is a real paradise. Just like the  Brazilian cuisine in general, the street food in Brazil is so rich, diverse and colorful. From Bahiana's acarajé stands on the streets of Salvador to caipirinhas and batidas served on the Copacabana beach in Rio de Janeiro everything is tasty, joyful and exotic. I must mention that preparing Brazilian street food is not an easy task. The street food in Brazil is anything but "fast food" regarding preparations, and its cooking requires some skill and time, but the result is worth.

The following menu is a combination of recipes of some of the most famous and popular dishes and drinks, you can find on Brazilian streets, beaches and bars. Be prepared to put some work into it. Plan your time. Pay attention that some of the dishes can be prepared in advance, so you don't have to leave everything to the last day. Vatapá and brigadeiro can hold on in the refrigerator for two days. Acarajé, coxinha, pastel and cod fritters can be prepared a day in advance and only deep-fried before the meal. Bom apetite!
